Molding or baseboards,
I needed help thinking through a small repair project with my gutters, and appreciated the detail I was able to get from Fixer. They walked me through gutters structurally so that I would understand how they function and attach normally and have a better idea of what I would encounter going through a fix on my own. They also gave me a few tips and suggestions about the repair process, and I feel confident in tackling it now.Apr 1, 2020
I didn't really know what to expect using Fixer's video consultation service to diagnose a damaged countertop in my tenant's rental apartment but it ended up being a fantastic experience. I felt like the advice that I got help me find resolution to a tricky problem and it was super easy to have my tenant show the problem on their phone while the Fixer and I looked on and the three of us talked through the problem. I am thrilled to have another option for resolving home repair and maintenance--particularly one that allows me not to always have to travel to see the problem in person or wait for a repair person to show up.Apr 10, 2020
It was amazing! He had a very good technique in troubleshooting the problems step by step. This was a great way of teaching me how to approach a problem as well as finding a good solution. I prefer this method much more than them actually fixing the problem since it allows me to fix my own problems and apply it to other areas. They are in general very kind, understanding, and very professional. This makes me feel very welcomed and trusting where I would always come back and recommend their services. Go Fixer!Mar 31, 2020
