Paul was great and very thorough! He spent about an hour inspecting the outside of the house and gave helpful advice on different things that needed fixed with the landscaping then went in and looked over the inside of the house from top to bottom and took his time making sure nothing was missed and made sure to explain everything so I could understand which was so nice. He's very helpful and really knows what he's talking about. Highly recommend if you plan on purchasing a home!!

It was our pleasure to work with Paul. As soon as I requested him on this app, he called to confirm. A day before the appointment he send a friendly text to remind me about the appointment. During the inspection, I had a lot of questions for him as he was doing his job. He was very professional, patient and very informative. His report was very informative also. He took detail notes of all the positive and the opportunities of the home. He send the report within the time frame that he had promised as well. Over all, I would say we will be leaning on him for our future purchase.
