OMG! I love Ms. Lady's Cleaning Service, the cleaning service did a very outstanding job! They were prompt, precise, and the price was very fair! Ms. Shelton's cleaning service was worth every bit of what I paid. Trustworthy, prompt, professional, and on task, Ms. Shelton provided quality cleaning services. We had company arriving from out of town and she arranged her schedule to accommodate mine. This was no small job, over 3,000 square foot Victorian home with 3 bdrms, 2 full baths, formal dining room, living room, and parlor. We are located in downtown Chicago, South Loop area. I want to express that this was not a small job, we are both working artists and have 2 separate studio areas in the house that make it even more difficult to clean, I will be calling Ms. Shelton back to help with the organization of the studios. I explained the job and what I needed done and while I worked along with her, just because of the enormity of the project. Never a complaint about the work, actually she had the best attitude and worked with a smile. Very pleasant attitude. Every request that I had she followed through on. She worked for 8 hours on Wednesday and offered to come back on Thursday to help me complete the job. I was shocked when she was there promptly on Thursday too. I will gladly refer her services. Her price reflected the amount of work tackled and I truly feel that it was well earned. She provided her own cleaning products accommodated my schedule, was prompt, trustworthy and a real joy to work with.
