- What types of customers have you worked with?
My projects vary quite a bit from whole house remodels or new home construction to single rooms, bathrooms and/or kitchens. And there is landscape design that I do as well! Although I have a lot of contemporary projects, the styles I work on vary as well. Traditional is always in style and fun. Transitional bridges between traditional and contemporary for a clean, timeless look. Plus the many variations of any style that form when customizing to a specific client and project.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
One of the most important things to look at are designer's project photos. If none of them speak to you or elicit excitement, then they probably won't be a good match. You must be able to look past things you don't like or the fact that maybe the project isn't exactly your style. Then, meeting with a potential designer and getting a feel for how well you will work together is the next crucial step. If you have those two items in the positive then it will most likely be a fabulous match with optimal results.
