I contacted Terrance because my disabled brother’s homemaker failed to show up multiple times to do some basic work for him. There are many trash bags laying around, and I just want someone to be able to help him out on a timely basis. Terrance was very responsive, communicated with a time of arrival even on a short notice. He arrived very quickly; removed all trashes and picked up all the mails. Professional, efficient, even though there are more bags than expected, he was able to do it with the same price, which says a lot about integrity. Highly recommended!!

Terrance was responsive and was able to fit me in with only a days notice. He did a wonderful job deep cleaning my apartment, with great attention to detail! Because he’s a one-man crew, it takes a bit longer, and there were a couple spots he missed or had to rush through (my fault, because I had to leave in the afternoon and was shooing him out the door). Next time I won’t double book myself so he has plenty of time.
