- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We work within the client's budget to get as many of their concerns remedied as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We make a schedule to either talk on the phone, initially, or meet in person to discuss the project and get to know one another a bit. We discuss your budget and timeline restrictions, and scope of work. Once an estimate is generated, we submit and wait for approval, once approved, we create a start date and begin to prepare for the remodel/repair process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I spent 20 years as a land surveyor, 10 years owning my business, 10 years General contracting experience, licensed, insured.
