- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since every project varies, so does pricing. In order to ensure we provide you with the most accurate and transparent pricing, we offer FREE estimates. During the estimate, the project manager will identify the scope of the project and provide you with an estimate. Once the proposal has been signed our pricing WILL NOT CHANGE. In addition, if you receive an estimate for the same work from a competitor, we are more than happy to not only Match that price, but provide a 5% discount off their quoted price. Why? because we want to show you the DREAM difference. We also offer a 10% Discount to all Military Veterans and Senior Citizens.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is as follows: Step 1: An estimator will visit your home or business, understand the project details, take pictures, answer any questions and make recommendations. Step 2: Within 24 hours, the estimator will follow up with a proposal. Step 3: Follow up call with estimator regarding proposal to answer any questions or concerns. Step 4: Signing of the contract/Scheduling job start date. Step 5: Start the project Step 6: Complete project and do a final walk through with the customer
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each one of our project managers go through a 2 week training session prior to being sent out into the field. Each project manager has a minimum of 3 years experience in managing projects. Each crew member has a minimum of 5 years experience and go through retraining once a year.
