Mike Israel repaired my front porch. The job was supposed to take two days, he finished seven days after beginning the job. Mike is a very nice person but he never showed up at the time he said he would, he damaged on of my plants (he offered to pay for a replacement)and the work is average. The cement looks very patchy now that it is completely dry. We are looking for someone to come and advise us on what we can do to make the porch look better. We may have to paint the porch, we really did not want to paint again, that's why we had the porch resurfaced. My husband and I take some responsibility as we trusted that he would deliver what he said he would, he explained that his company was new, and he asked us to give him a chance as he was experienced at this type of work, it is evident he is not. I suggest that he maybe take some classes, be very honest with people, draft a good contract and stick to it. Many of the things he said to us just were not true. If you are looking for someone to do a professional job, Mike is not that person. I also suggest he only take jobs he is qualified to do, this was clearly not his area of expertise.
