Four years ago, our Company retained Omoniyi Law Firm to represent our lawsuit against three giant Financial Institutions for enticing us into entering into lending and leasing business contracts that were meant to be unfavorable to us. Mr. Omoniyi demonstrated demonstrated excellent knowledge of law and gave us a win of over a legion of Attorneys and Law Firms that were retained by the Banks and Leasing Institutions to defend their case. The financial institutions ultimately saw fit to settle the case before judgment was rendered.
Mr. Omoniyi is knowledgeable, patient and tenacious in both finding the facts of the case and in presenting the case before the Court. He keeps the case moving on the timetable. This was very important in our case because it kept the costs under control. Furthermore, it made the defending Attorneys look ridiculous in their numerous requests for additional time to respond.
