This vendor was a nightmare! Within one hour after the work was completed I received several "threatening" text messages to pay him because he "didn't accept checks". DO NOT use this guy - he is downright scary!!!Jul 18, 2018VerifiedKeith L.'s reply
No one is threatening or have threatened you! I'm the one who is under duress because you're refusing payment for Services rendered and materials bought with my own money, I knew I should've trusted you! Written Verbally I did tell you that I don't accept checks, go back and read your inquiry, but that has nothing to do with you paying me, I don't simply for reasons and people like you. If you knew you didn't have the money, you should've told me that, and wouldn't have wasted money or time. Your receipted balance is $456 labor and as agreed in your inquiry. I will be going back to the property with the police to remove the lights I bought and installed. Thank you!
Mr. Lewis was AWESOME. I will definitely be utilizing his services again. He was very professional and knew his "stuff". I have gained an electrician for life.Dec 11, 2016VerifiedKeith L.'s reply
Thanks Leda! Glad to be of service! But this is just the beginning of your project! "We Are Building Bridges To A Brighter Tomorrow "....Enigma!
I requested an itemized quote as I’m required to present a total a three. Read the reviews and figured I’d give them a shot. I requested a quote and was messaged an amount but I again requested an itemized quote. Long story short, I had a family emergency and forwarded photos to the cell number I was given (as agreed) to have a general idea of what to expect. I’m new to this but very willing to learn. I was told the quote was being worked on when I followed up a couple days later. This evening I followed up again and was told measurements were needed for my cabinets. Great, no problem. Again, I’m new to ALL of this. So I asked if that would be required for the estimate? | DISCLAIMER: Excuse my ignorance. I’m new to this :) | If the work (costs) becomes more or less, obtaining the funds would not be a problem at all. The response I received wasn’t the most professional nor pleasant. The response also included unnecessary use of a few exclamation marks. I asked for clarification, acknowledged my ignorance regarding renovations, and mentioned my obliviousness because other contractors did not ask for this. Harmless right? Wrong. I then received another message saying I just wanted to go the cheap route and whomever (not sure who was texting me) doesn’t care about what other contractors asked for and that those other contractors don’t care about the project. Again, me confused and oblivious. Nonetheless, I thanked “whomever” for their professionalism then blocked them. Hope his doesn’t happen to anyone else.Apr 12, 2018VerifiedKeith L.'s reply
Ok, so you're one of them! Thanks for you're review, when I did no work for you! As I explained to you in previous texts. Yes, you may be an excellent English teacher, but this isn't Sunday school and I'm not your student! You worrying about why I'm using exclamations has no relevance to the importance of the project! I am the owner of Enigma Electrical and Services: Keith Lewis. Whom you sent your number to text. You just wrote and rated a whole spill about how much you wanted some attention, without mentioning that I asked some basic questions about the job, and you refuse to set an appointment to get measurements! Hmm, it a wonder why you haven't gotten the work done yet, but you.... instead of focusing on the issue at hand want to elaborate on the use of my punctuation?.....sounds suspect and unusual for a client who's supposed to be serious about a project!.....oh wait, there's another exclamation! Here's an exclamation for you as I said before "I don't care about any other contractor because they don't care about the job if the didn't ask for details pertaining to the job! I'm a 20+ yr contractor who has worked in this field and have dealt with far worse and still got the job done! So if you're writing this review to make it seem as though you're justified, WRONG! If serious about getting the work done and can stop trying to be a English teacher, MOVE FORWARD! But not here! Have a good night!
Keith is a wonderful person to work with. Very knowledgeable and prompt.Jul 9, 2018VerifiedKeith L.'s reply
