Introduction: I have been practicing since 2003 and have a lot of hands on experience with a great variety of clients. My background as board certified acupuncturist gives me a deeper sense of understanding of how to assist my clients in whatever ails them. On my journey to becoming a licensed acupuncturist, I have also received training in several types of massage therapy. Amongst them are Thai Bodywork, Tui Na (Chinese acupressure), sports, prenatal, and more. During a massage session, my goal is to come up with a treatment that would support my client's well being best I can. Bodywork and massage are a way to help our bodies get over aches and pains, keep our immune system strong, and support the nervous system. Just to name a few of the benefits. It's not only a treat to yourself, it is also something your body needs.

My roommate and I had Revital come to our apartment for back to back massages and our experience was amazing! She is super experienced and took extra time with any problem areas. Would definitely hire her again!

Massage Therapy

Having a massage at home is something everyone should try. Revital gave my husband and myself a wonderful 60 minute massage. The price was very reasonable and well worth the money.

Rev was very nice and gave me a great prenatal massage. I felt safe, despite the strange times we are in with the pandemic. She was lovely and I look forward to hiring her again!

Massage Therapy

Revital was a joy to work with, and I plan on having her over regularly now. I had injured my neck and needed someone urgently due to the pain. She was able to accommodate me, and my neck felt so much better afterward and only continued to improve. Her style of working is soothing while also addressing the aches and pains. I’ve had many different massage therapists and she is one of my favorites! Happy to have found her.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I have different pricing for traveling to you vs. you coming to see me at the clinic. I value my time, and charge accordingly. When you hire me you are getting years of experience and my full attention to your needs.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to get to know my clients and patients. I want to find out what hurts, what needs attention, any previous injuries I need to be aware of. Healing is a process, and I assist along the journey.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have an advanced degree in Traditional Chinese medicine an a BS in nutrition. I have years of hands-on experience with both acupuncture and bodywork. My favorite style of massage is Thai massage, which I studied both here in Chicago and in Thailand. "Thai massage" or "Thai yoga massage" is an ancient healing system combining acupressure and assisted yoga postures. Traditional Thai massage uses no oils or lotions. The recipient remains clothed during a treatment. There is constant body contact between the giver and receiver, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked. Recipients describe the end results as feeling like a "cooked noodle"
