- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that all services are rendered with great, affordable prices, that concludes with a taste of satisfication, a wealth of information about what was done, and what needs to be done moving forward, and amazing results. I do ask for a deposit in order to secure your spot, this seals our deal in place.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is that the customer calls and we set up a brief consultation about the chief complaint or the results the client is looking for. Once information has been provided, we move forward to cost, duration of service, informative need to know to assist customer in final decision. Date and time is set, then we move forward in completely satisfying customer with the service that is rendered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education I've obtained is a License from SOMA Institute in Massage Therapy. I have a Personal and Group Fitness certification from NASM. I've just finished prerequisites to get into the Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy Doctoral Program. I'm attending Dominican University for my Master's Degree.
