- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no hidden fees! The hourly rate is flexible for jobs over 2 hours. If materials are needed, it will be expressed beforehand whether my price reflects materials or if they will still need to be factored into pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Walk through the project with the customer and make sure that the best options are being weighed. -Try to give a transparent and accurate quote, whether that is from receiving pictures of the project or going onsite for a walk through with the customer. -On larger jobs, I will often require a 50% deposit if job requires over $100 worth of materials. -Stay in communication with customer before and during the work. -Make sure they are happy with the work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with some of the biggest property managers in Chicago for the past 5 years and have apprenticed under 2 of the largest locksmith companies over the past 10 years.
