John was so kind and professional! He showed up a little early to wrap the item for transit and was very communicative about timing as I was on a strict schedule. He brought all the materials he needed for the task, not to mention he brought this armchair up two flights of stairs alone! He was also willing to walk through the space to decide the best path to deliver the item. Will definitely be using his service for future moves!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 2 hour minimum and travel fee depending how far away the job is. We can also do smaller requests and adjust our price accordingly.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We call and take note on what all is being moved. We typically come out and see or have the customer send pictures of items being moved. Then we call and confirm the day before the move.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 10 years OJT. Weightlifting also has helped prepare for the more heavy items
