Introduction: Customers should hire us because I’m very honest about the services I provide. Our focus is small moves which range from studios to 3 bedroom apartments so we are never overwhelmed or stressed, this allows us to be great and provide great customer service. Junk Removal and Clean-outs are also a specialty of ours, being that we’ve established great relationships with dump sites around the city from repeat business, we’ve been able to dump and recycle junk at a great rate -savings we are able to pass on to our customers.Another reason I would say my business stands out is because I feel I’m a great communicator and have never left issues unresolved which has allowed me to build strong customer relationships. What I enjoy most about my job is meeting and helping new people with what could seem to be a daunting task but for us is just another day at the gym.

Jay and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. They had everything you look for in a moving service: Hard-working, accommodating, flexible (dissembled and assembled some furniture in order to get it through a narrow hallway), careful, resourceful, and worked quickly. The pricing is a phenomenal value too. Jay and his team are a great group of guys and would recommend them to anyone looking to move.

Jay and his men were AWESOME. While setting up the move, Jay was very responsive via text while hashing out details. At one point, I added more furniture and we set up a time. A bit later, after seeing photos of additional furniture, he responded that he would need to use a bigger truck and would I mind if we changed the time to a different slot. No problem, I responded. H was punctual, texted me when he was 5 minutes away and, from there, it was smooth sailing. His men were professional, polite and knew how to load the dollies. Made only 3 trips down the service elevator. Took only a bit over 1 hour. Thank you, Jay and crew! I'll b recommending you to all of my friends. For sure.

I had a very smooth and hassle free move. They came on time, were very polite and highly professional. They worked efficiently and managed to move out large furniture from two apt s and move into a third in around 4 hours. I would highly recommend them.

From start to finish, Jay and team did a great job. They quoted a fair price and communicated well throughout the process. The day before the move, Jay confirmed when and where to meet and the day of he was right right on time. They were friendly and moved quickly and efficiently. It will be a while before I move again but I’ll definitely use their services again next time.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no hidden fees but we do require a two hour minimum. Local moves are priced based on an hourly fee of $87. Which include 2-3 professionals, truck and needed tools to make your move go as smoothly as possible. In instances of travel outside city limits there maybe a one time travel fee associated based on how far the move is from pickup to delivery.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our goal is to make the process for new customer as smooth as possible. Once a customer has scheduled and confirmed we send an email confirmation with all the details. Customer receives a phone call 24 hrs prior to service date and one call the morning of with GPS arrival time.
