FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fair with our pricing. You are going to get much more than a mural or painted sign, you are going to get an experience. We are passionate about what we do so we don't see it as a job, but at the end of the day we have a staff and expenses. We have our own equipment, vehicles, lifts and tools to get the job done right. What we quote is what you pay (unless you add or change something of course).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you have artwork that is ready to go, its pretty simple: we meet, take photos and measurements, and prepare a final quote. When the quote is approved we move to proofing. Once approved we do our in shop prep, mix the paints and get you on the calendar. One of the more important points is weather. If the project is exterior we need good weather to paint in. During the winter we will paint in the 30s, but if there is snow, rain, etc we have to find a day(s) that are dry.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead sign painter and mural artist was trained in the early 1970's at the Institute of Lettering and Design where he studied and practiced painting styles, methods, layout and technique. On top of that all of our sign painters and mural artists must have 10+ years experience before working for Right Way and we only hire the best.
