I have been working with Elaine for just about a year and she has been wonderful! I love singing but have always been too embarassed to do anything about it and never thought I had any real talent. I have to say, I am so happy to have taken the plunge! Through working with Elaine, I have developed a newfound confidence, and I can't count the number of times I have been pleasantly surprised at the sound of my own voice! She has a knack for finding pieces that bring out the best in her students. It has been such a surprise to see how much progress I have made in a relatively short time. I highly recommend you give her a try if you're curious about what your voice can do... It's a freeing experience, almost therapeutic. I often feel like I'm walking a bit taller after our meetings. Love it!

For the last three years, I have been taking voice lessons with Elaine and I really enjoy her way of teaching. She gives me many good techniques to develop my voice. She also gives me a lot of confidence to express my feelings in the interpretation of musical pieces that I study with her. I really appreciate her knowledge of voice placement in English, French and Italian because it makes the learning process so much easier. She is very caring about not being to hard on the voice. I love doing the different exercises she proposes. There is variety and lightness in her teaching but also a strong feeling of continuity and rigor. She is very precise in her explanations. I feel my voice is developing well, as well as my musical expression. My voice is really coming alive now. Thank you so much Elaine. You are a great discovery for me as a teacher! Dominique

I have been taking singing lessons from Elaine for a few months now. She is a really great teacher! I can't say enough positive things about her. I was always too nervous to get voice lessons, so my lessons with Elaine were the first time I received voice training. I'm so glad I decided to take weekly lessons as we work with great classical pieces. She has brought out aspects of my voice that I didn't know existed. I sing a lot when I'm out and about and I've gotten so many complements on my voice since taking lessons. We started with the basics since I had never had lessons before and this was really helpful for me. We have advanced quite quickly and I learn more about my voice each lesson. I have also developed confidence I didn't know I had regarding my voice! Elaine also has a beautiful voice that I could listen to all day! She is a very kind person and genuinely cares about her students. I would definitely recommend her to anyone from beginners to advanced singers.
