Edmond did a very good job. It was a big project and he made my apt (2600 sq ft) look great! His crew did a very thorough job repairing walls before painting. My place is 99 years old and looks so fresh and smart. Thanks!Mar 5, 2017Verified
Edmond is responsive, fair, conscientious, reasonable; our work with him went smoothly and on time. We had him paint several rooms and ceilings before we moved into our new home in a 1920's condo. He coordinated his work with other contractors we had doing work. He did what he said he would do at the time he said he would do it. He was conscientious of our neighbors. I highly recommend him!Jun 8, 2016VerifiedEfj Design's reply
Thank you for your post Colby. I'm happy everything came out to your liking.
Outstanding! ...every part of the process from receiving a bid to the finishing details. We just moved into a new home and contracted a bunch of work. I am so glad we hired Edmond to do our painting. The painting services were delivered on time and were reasonably priced (not the highest or the lowest). The quality of work, communication, and attention to detail was very very good. We had such a good experience we have hired Edmond again and referred him out to many of our friends.Apr 12, 2016VerifiedEfj Design's reply
Thank you for your post it was a pleasure to work with you and your designer. There where many different colors yet it was a fun project . Thank you again Edmond
I hired Edmond based on his prompt response and positive reviews even though he came in higher than the other quotes. He knew what the job entailed. Attention to detail lacked when he didn't honor the quoted price that included paint. I know Edmond has the potential to do well, but lack of experience estimating is not something a client should be expected to cover after agreeing to a price.Feb 14, 2016Verified
Painted condo living / dining, kitchen, bathroom. He was great to work with and completed on time even going above and beyond to fix a faulty blind. I would use again and recommend highly!May 27, 2016Verified
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Looking at the space that needs the work at the same time gathering information from the client to find out what they are trying to do or trying to achieve a certain feeling form the space. For colors do have a effect on spaces .So I am able to bring my former education to aid with the project. When all the info is gathered I would formulate a price. If the cost is agreed upon then a partial deposit is needed along with the contract signed. After all this then we can schedule a starting date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?A Bachelors of Fine arts.
