They had to replace some shingles that had to be replaced and repair my chimney and put some rubber overlay in the back. They took pictures of what they would be doing and also took pictures of what was competed. I am overall satisfied with the work that they did. They responded quickly and came and did the work when they said they would. They did did the work they said they would do. However, they did not take garbage with them and they did not complete cleaning the gutters as they said they would. They charge premium fee but did not give premium work. Hi Rhonda, I’m sorry to see you felt this way. As you mentioned, we were happy to do all the work we were asked to do. We were also under the impression that we would be cleaning all of the gutters, but were asked by your husband to clean only one. He let us know that we could just toss the debris on the ground and he’d sweep it up. We declined so that we could be sure everything ended up in a trash bag. We were then asked to just toss the bag down, but again we declined to make sure everything was taken care of properly. As we discussed, my website is currently under construction. I apologize that my business cards were in a truck that was in the auto shop and not available at the time. We didn’t get a chance to meet you, Rhonda, as we worked with Tom on a Sunday morning. We hope to continue going above and beyond for our customers and hope all is well with you.
