Ok listen, I just experienced the most AMAZING private VDay dinner hosted by Chef Dre and his beautiful partner Vee with @culinary.collections! First, they arrived and got straight to business (table setting, cocktails mixed, food separated and ready to cook). Their collective energy was contagious, their communication before and during service was superb, and their food……Mouthwatering.🤤 We had the juiciest garlic infused rack of lamb, truffle buttered patatoes and asparagus, before ending with a chocolate and mixed-berries lava cake. Oh, can’t forget the balsamic vinaigrette sweet garden salad served up for starters. Everything was top-tier! This was my first time hiring a private chef (and I’m picky about ppl cooking in MY kitchen), but I will most certainly be booking with Culinary Collections again. They drove 2-hours from Chicago to Champaign, IL to make my honey’s Valentines day one he will NEVER forget! DM me for pics from our event! We had Chef Dre and his team come help us with our event! Everyone had a great experience. The food was amazing and he was able to carer to all our requests . All in all it was a fun and exciting experience for all our guests.

I had a great experience. My husband had a 50th birthday celebration recently and the food, the presentation, and the professionalism was amazing. Me and my wife loved chef Dre! Made out anniversary feel so romantic and warm. Came with everything and cleaned up behind himself. Food was amazing! I mean so good we doubled back for a private Brunch. Last minute I might add. Thanks so much for making this a great memory!!
