I am a trained chef who has worked for critically acclaimed chefs in Michelin rated and recommended restaurants. I am passionate about food and love to share that passion with others. I have a diverse set of skills, and a lot of my knowledge is based in Italian cuisine after working as a lead cook at Spiaggia for 2 years.   • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I always make sure to be aware of any dietary restrictions or allergies. Then once we are set up with a menu you sit back, relax, and let me do all the work.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I graduated with an Accelerated Associates degree in Culinary Arts from Kendall College. I trained in Michelin star restaurants, and some of the most popular restaurants in the Chicago area including Girl & the Goat.
