Mariana was awesome! I treated my group of 16 friends to dinner at our wine country house for my bachelorette weekend, and it was so great to be able to have a beautiful evening at the house with Mariana doing all of the cooking for us! She was so nice and friendly, and she came perfectly prepared, especially with fresh produce from the farmers market that morning! The scallop crudo was amazing - light, full of flavor and fresh. The farmers market salad with beets and burrata cheese was perfect. We had halibut for dinner and it was fresh and lightly seared but perfectly cooked, it melted in your mouth. We had a fresh fig tart with hazelnut crust and whipped cream was delicious. The kitchen was left spotless at the end of the night. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for fresh and tasty California flavors. I will use her again next time I plan to host an in house event like this. thanks Mariana!!

I chose Mariana based on her menu options, and also her very prompt replies, which indicated her level of professionalism. We set up a three course dinner menu for my wife's surprise 40th birthday at our house. Mariana showed great flexibility and a willingness to accommodate any requests I made. She arrived two hours before mealtime, in the pouring rain, and got right to work. I was able to receive guests and host, without so much as a worry about what was going on in the kitchen. When the food was ready, Mariana served it hot and delicious, and everyone commented on how tasty it was. Several guests asked for her contact info afterward. She and her bartender partner provided exceptional service and did an excellent job cleaning up as well. Would definitely hire Mariana again; worth every penny!
