Introduction: My love of food, and my vast cooking knowledge and skill sets me a part from most people who are cooks. I am patient, and want to discover what it is about food that you desire. My food skills range from vegan to carnivorous, from many food allergies and intolerances like nut, gluten and lactose, as well as having the ability to bake within those guidelines.
That I am able to remain reative and evolve with different foods. Tastes are maturing constantly and since Chicago is full of all kinds of people, this city has not only introduced me to new foods, but giving me the ability to deconstruct many meals to fit any dietary restriction- for example, if you want lasagna, but like me are gluten and lactose free, together we would talk about what ingredients you would want in your meal, what you do and don't like, and how many people will be joining you.
