Though I did not end up utilizing his services, Michael was still more than willing to walk me through a few options I had regarding my insurance claim. He is one of the only attorneys that took the time to discuss my situation and offer his honest opinion even after he realized my case wasn't one that necessitated his services.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We handle just about all of our cases on a "contingent fee" basis. The fee is based on the amount the case settles for, there's no money up front, and none along the way, until the case comes to a close. If there's no money recovery, there is no fee at all.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First, we, you and I, make sure that we're on the same page, have the same goals for your claim and can work well together going forward. There's some information to be gathered, and from that point, you work on getting back to your regular life, and we take care of the legal and medical questions that are stepping stones to a successful conclusion to your claim. We'll do what's best for you, getting information over the phone, or meeting, either at your home or with a visit to my office. Communication and a full explanation of the process is crucial, at every step of the way.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I keep up on the law and new developments through classes and organized discussion with colleagues. It never stops! And it's always changing. And fascinating.
