Scott is a great trainer. He is very personable and is always there to help. The workouts are great, he always mixed it up and had fast paced workouts that always kept you on your feet. He watched you do every work out in front of him so he could either correct you, or push you to go harder. Distractions were never an issue such as cell phones, music etc. Scott was completely there to help me which is very appreciated. It certainly helps that Taylor is such a superb athlete. I basically just have to give her an exercise assignment, and the rest is auto-pilot. She's a machine!

- How did you get started doing this type of work?I knew when I was 18 that fitness was in my future. I have always been athletic, but have been equally interested in how the body works on a cellular level.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Personal fitness training involves a knowledge of the mechanics of muscle and bone movement. The typical client allows me to work with them to build their body and educate them on how and why we workout the way we do.
