Introduction: Alexa is an ACSM certified personal trainer and Balanced Body certified pilates instructor with a B.S in Exercise and Sports Science. As a former pre-professional ballerina, she has always had a passion for movement and wellness, and loves inspiring others to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Currently pursuing her M.S in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine, Alexa believes a holistic approach to health is key. I’ve been taking weekly private personal training sessions with Alexa for close to six months now and I have never felt so strong! She’s taught me to focus more on my form/core engagement and it’s paid off. Outside of 1:1 training seasons, Alexa gives me direction on what other workouts I can do to optimize my results. I feel so lucky to have found her - she was just what I needed to regain my strength, core, body post baby! I can’t recommend Alexa enough!

Alexa is an amazing personal trainer. I’ve been training with her both in person and virtually for four years mainly to increase my strength and flexibility. Alexa listens to what physical pain or issues I’m having and personalizes every session to both challenge me and to reflect how I’m feeling on any given day we train. She also changes things up to keep every session fresh and different. I’m so happy to have Alexa’s workouts as part of my weekly health regimen!

Alexa is personable, friendly and accommodating. That doesn’t make her a good personal trainer. What makes her a good trainer that that she is both knowledgeable and thoughtful in how she designs and administers each training session. She doesn’t just adapt her routines to the specific needs of a client. I’ve seen her revise a planned work-out routine on an impromptu basis in order to accommodate or address some a new issue or problem I confront her with. And more than once she has followed up on her own time in order to make a recommendation or referral for me or to educate herself about a health issue I might have which impacts our training. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer.

I have been lucky enough to train with Alexa since January, 2021. She is my personal trainer and Pilates instructor. Five years ago, I had a mastectomy and reconstructive surgery. Since then, I suffer from chronic shoulder pain. Alexa has worked tirelessly with me to improve mobility in my shoulder. She put together a comprehensive plan for me and I can happily report more mobility and almost no pain in my shoulder! Additionally, she focuses on making me stronger. She keeps me motivated and fit. Thank you, Alexa. You are the best!

Alexa made personal training fun! Not only did I see physical results, but I also had a great time doing it. Alexa worked with my schedule and always started on time and focused on the areas I wanted to improve while also keeping my likes and dislikes when it came to working out in mind.
