Introduction: Alexa is an ACSM certified personal trainer and Balanced Body certified pilates instructor with a B.S in Exercise and Sports Science. As a former pre-professional ballerina, she has always had a passion for movement and wellness, and loves inspiring others to live a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Currently pursuing her M.S in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine, Alexa believes a holistic approach to health is key. In her training session she puts an emphasis on alignment and body awareness as she believes in quality over quantity. Whether you’re wanting to lose weight, gain muscle, increase mobility, have more confidence in the gym, or need someone to hold you accountable, Alexa enjoy training people in all walks of life. Recent specialties include positional vertigo (vestibular rehabilitation) and pregnancy.
