I Masters in Kinesiology and hold several national personal training and specialized equipment certifications. I specialize in nutritional programming, 1-on-1 personal training, and post-physical therapy training. I offer my clients a variety of services and the flexibility of training with me the way they want to. I can travel to you, we can find a gym, or we can workout virtually together. I even offer DIY video / illustrated workout programs for the less hands-on client needs. Every client has different individual needs and goals. I’m also passionate about post-rehabilitation therapy and integrating simple movements and atrophied muscles to more complex functional movements to help improve strength. Incorporating Functional Training foundation into Circuit Training format and injecting, corrective training, injury prevention, post-rehabilitation training as active-rest between sets within the Circuit Training Program. I’ve been training with Bryce for 1.5 years now, and it was the best decision I’ve ever made for my physical, mental, overall health. Bryce is incredibly knowledgeable and collaborative, and he tailors the programs/workouts to ensure we meet my goals. Moreover, he’s an overall great guy, so spending an hour three times a week is a pleasure. I was never someone who “loved” working out before - but I now look forward to every session with him. If you’re looking for a personal trainer, I can’t recommend him highly enough!

Bryce has been my personal trainer for the last 2 years and I have always enjoyed working out with him. He keeps me accountable, always following up to make sure I'm staying on track. His workouts very, and if there are certain maneuvers that are just too uncomfortable, he has enough knowledge to provide a different exercise to workout the same muscle group. He is also flexible in his scheduling to meet my availability so work conflicts don't get in the way of my ability to exercise. He has made me healthier, more fit, and I plan to continue working out with him indefinitely.

Highly recommend. I met Bryce when I had an issue with my upper back and ran into a colleague at physical therapy. She has been his client for over 5 years and he was helping her recover after surgery. When my physical therapy was over, I wanted to keep up with my program and get stronger overall. Working with Bryce was just what I needed. He makes sure I’m doing exercises correctly to prevent injury and encourages me to push myself more than I would on my own. Even better, I rarely feel too much muscle soreness after my workouts. It has been about 10 week now and I see and feel a difference I would not have working out on my own. My body is changing, I feel stronger, and body aches and pains from weak muscles are gone. The benefits are well worth the cost and definitely worth adjusting my budget. I feel more confident I can be stronger and healthier with Bryce helping me for years to come.
