Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I'm not just a personal trainer that has gotten certified to make some extra money. Fitness is my life. I majored in Kinesiology and Exercise Science in college and have never stopped studying human movement since graduation. I can guarantee that my method of approach to your fitness program follows the most up to date, scientifically proven, quickest but safest way to produce results. Giving my clients not only a well-rounded workout, but a great experience is something that separates me from other trainers. I also don't ever offer gimmicky sign-up deals you see other trainers on Thumbtack and in commercial gyms doing either. Instead, I offer you a fair and affordable session price that usually ends up being less than other trainers in the city. That way you know you're always getting the lowest and most honest pricing structure for your personal training sessions. I love getting to meet new people and work with them. Every person and every fitness goal is unique and there's always a different approach to get there. Being able to help someone figure out the right path is what I strive for.

Robb does a great job. He's very down to earth and challenges you to really push yourself. The workouts are thorough and he adds a variety of exercises for a well balanced routine. I am pleased with the process and results so far and would highly recommend hiring Robb.

Robb was very focused during our workouts and very efficient with the time we had. I appreciated the variety he provided and the motivation to push forward. I also very much appreciated Robb's flexibility with my unpredictable schedule. Time, money, and effort well spent! We moved from Chicago otherwise we would still be working with Robb!

Wasn't a good fit for me. I was looking for someone to show up on time, be my accountability partner and provide training with modifications (without me reminding them to modify at every step). I didn't appreciate starting my journey being asking to give a month notice if I wanted to stop, and then being given 3 days notice Rob was going on vacation for 2 weeks during my first session/first week. Would have been a non issue if communication was upfront. Worse, when I confronted Rob he Was completely unapologetic. Anyone who has tried to get started establishing new routines knows that consistency and accountability are critical the first few weeks. Tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but ended after 3 sessions--not for me.
ChiFit Personal Training's reply
I can't even call this person a "client" due to the fact she refused to sign a training contract, as any professional personal trainer requires. Guidelines are reviewed as part of the initial consultation which includes a 1 month notice to permanently cancel - every professional trainer requires this as well. Very quick to submit a 2-star review, but even though she was on her phone half the time throughout the 2 times I met with her, she couldn't seem to respond to my scheduling requests. I always showed up on time to a person with a negative attitude complaining about most of the exercise selections. Modifications were given only to listen to more negativity. I think she is confused about what the difference is between accountability and expecting someone to do everything for her. The said vacation was 1 week and a notice was given. Even though I gave plenty of notice (going into a 4-day Thanksgiving Holiday weekend with us both leaving town), I still apologized upon my return. After my return, the client refused to commit to another session for the next 7 days without reason. I wish her the best of luck since I truly care about the people I try to help past and present, however I am sorry she felt the need to flat out lie on my professional profile when she just failed to commit to the process.
