As a mother of three kids all born through c-section my body was not it used to be. I was skeptical at first to start training since I had heard through other trainers that my body would never be the same, until I met Frank . I started training with Frank and one of his trainers name Lamont . Frank and Lamont gave me their recommendations as to how often to work out and how to diet. I’m 73 –well into the “use it or lose it” stage of my life. I need the structure of regular workouts to insure I keep my physical health, strength and mobility as a high priority. I moved to Chicago and started with Frank 10 months ago. I’ve worked with two good trainers prior to Frank. I get more with Frank in 30 minutes than I got with either prior trainer in 60 minutes. He knows what he’s doing – no shortcuts or improperly performed exercises. He is training me to perform careful, well-executed workouts that produce the results I want – mobility and strength. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Depending on the location, we have a standard pricing system based on the number of sessions that a person gets. *All Pricing based on 30 Minute Sessions At our Fitness Center at 333 North Michigan Ave, the basic pricing goes like this: *All Pricing Based on 30 Minute Session 1 month to 2 months: 1-3 sessions per week=$50 per session 3 month to 6 months: 1-3 sessions per week=$45 per session 9 month to 12 months: 1-3 sessions per week=$40 per session At the Chuan Spa and Health Club it goes like this: *All Pricing Based on 50 Minute Sessions All Sessions=$125 per session *This includes access to pool, hot tub, locker room/shower and all fitness classes on the day of your session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We always want to give everyone a FREE Consult and FREE Training session. This allows us to gather more data on the person so we can see what they can and can't do. Without this, we are just flying blind so be cautious if you deal with trainers who won't commit to doing this at the minimum.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My college degree is in Kinesiology and Biomechanics, both studies of body movement. I also hold several national fitness certifications since 1990, the year that I have been working as a fitness professional.
