- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive with this market. A 45 min 1 on 1 session is $55, an hour is $75. I do offer pkg pricing through Square. Fitness coaching should be affordable and when a client makes a commitment to work with me, I'd like to take the issues of payment out of the equation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's extremely detailed. The first contact is important because I'm able to get basic information. However, when the client and I sit across from one another, I can ask more detailed questions that I use to assess goals and commitment level. It could last up to an hour.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Personal Trainer through ASFA. Certified Sports Performance Coach through NASM and A certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through NCFS. I have a background in Physical Rehabilitation, Sports and Reflexology massage and Functional Movement. I've used these principles working with Athletics (Football/Basketball), Civil Service ( Firemen, Police, Military) and MMA practitioners for over 26 years!
