My rates vary depending on the needs of my clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers, I like to first schedule a consultation to discuss their goals and objectives. I will then create a plan for the customer on how we will reach their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater in Health and Human Performance, a CPR Certification and the NASM Certification. I have 5+ years experience in personal training at several gyms and I am a former athlete.
