Great Trainer! I have been working with Frank for a couple months now. He is always on time for our sessions and prepared with a thoughtful personal workout plan; always incorporating new exercises.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Depending on the location, we have a standard pricing system based on the number of sessions that a person gets. Pricing can go down per session based on the size of the training package a customer purchases (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months) If we travel to your building location, pricing will be slightly higher. *All packages include meal plans, body age assessments and online training

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We always want to give everyone a FREE Consult and FREE Training session. This allows us to gather more data on the person so we can see what they can and can't do. Without this, we are just flying blind so be cautious if you deal with trainers who won't commit to doing this at the minimum.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    My college degree is in Kinesiology and Biomechanics, both studies of body movement. I also hold several national fitness certifications since 1990, the year that I have been working as a fitness professional.
