Introduction: My lesson plans are highly customized to each student's specific needs, strengths, weaknesses and desires. I am devoted to getting 100% satisfaction from students and parents, and we reach their goals together. They will find more devotion and personalization with me than with any other instructor. I also make sure that my students are having FUN. Making music should be enjoyable! I believe that this is one of the most important tools for helping children and adults learn. With each musician there should be feelings of accomplishment, pride, relaxation, passion, and enjoyment while playing the piano! And I take it upon myself to keep those sensations alive. I love to see the pride and joy in my student's faces when they have finally accomplished their masterpieces. Nothing makes me happier than when my students succeed in the art of piano and enjoy themselves doing so.

I highly recommend Mary for your piano teacher. She taught my two kids ages 9 &11. She is a beautiful piano player who prepares for her lessons with thought and skill. My kids learned a lot and really enjoyed their lessons. They talk of her often!! We miss her being in our area!!

Mary has been teaching my 6 year old daughter for 1 year and just started teaching my 4 year old son too. They both love her and are excited when it is piano lesson day. They have learned a lot in a short amount of time. Always fighting over who gets to practice piano first.

I charge $20 per half hour lesson, $28 for 45 minutes, and $35 for 60 minutes.

I get to know their learning style, their favorite types of music, and the pace at which they learn.

I have studied the piano for 14 years, composed for 9 years, and taught for 6 years. I also sing, play guitar, and ukulele!
