I have been training with Chitown trainers for several months. I attend the yoga classes and utilize the personal training service. The trainers are extremely professional and competent. The training has been the best training experience I have had because they work at your level and gradually build your tolerance and strength. I have experienced change in my ability to run, lift weight and my balance. I highly recommend their services, they are simply excellent!
Yoga with Masha is both energizing & calming. She provides a non judgmental yoga space. Her cues allow me to achieve better alignment & get the most out of every pose. Masha's thoughtful inspirational words add to my overall yoga experience.
Ive been taking yoga classes for a few years now and the two classes I took with Samanthia were very significant. She showed me quite a few things that have improved my practice greatly. I would highly recommend her as a yoga instructor. Her demeanor and passion to help deepen your practice is evident.
Jessica is a wonderful personal trainer. I appreciate that she comes to my home and is flexible with my busy work schedule. She incorporates weight training, yoga, Pilates, and high and low intensity cardio. She pushes me appropriately and always seems to know just what I need!

I take group classes 1-2 days a week, she is incredibly patient & aware of individual needs. I have enjoyed her classes & the health benefits that they have given me. I would never use another yoga instructor, she is awesome.
My experience with Lymphatic Drainage and Healing Touch performed by Dr. Sylvia Hood Washington I believe had a positive effect on reducing inflammation in my body. The few days after therapy I noticed less aches and pain in my muscles & joints. I hold a lot of stress related tension in my muscles, so it was great to have some relief.
During the therapy Dr. Sylvia kept me informed with what she was doing and why she was doing it. I liked how she integrated different modalities along with the lymphatic draining. She incorporated some yoga stretching and breathing as well as healing touch techniques.
On top of relieving some of my inflammatory muscle and joint pain, Dr.Sylvia found an inflamed lymph node under my arm. It was likely inflamed because I was feeling on the verge of a virus. She was able to drain the lymph node and we could no longer feel an inflamed lump under my arm. I believe this procedure helped me to beat the virus that never transpired.
In addition to being a Certified Lymphatic Therapist, Dr. Sylvia has vast knowledge and expertise in the medical field as an Environmental Epidemiologist and Public Health Professional. She has the ability to treat a person holistically while helping them discover how their environment may be affecting their health issues.

ameerah is experienced and very knowledgabe regarding massage and anatomy. My request was to incorporate stretching, which she did. She offers a nice heated table and warm towels to remove excess oils. Plus, she uses coconut oil, which is a bonus. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
I hired Diana Zic as my yoga instructor. She has a very pleasing personality and did not hurry me into anything. She took the time to understand where I was and worked with me on my specific needs.
We worked together twice and were unable to take it further due to conflict of schedules. Overall, I liked her style very much and would work with her if our schedules aligned.
Ive been taking Amys Yoga Sculpt, Ashtanga Yoga and Cardi-yoga classes since August. Her classes are always fun and challenging. Each class is always different w/ the exception of Ashtanga as that is a class follows the traditional Ashtanga sequence. More recently Amy has become my personal trainer. She provides me with daily workouts and motivation. The workouts she has planned have been fun, diverse, demanding and range from 15 minutes to 45 minutes typically. They always use easily assessable equipment (i.e. stairs, etc). I have definitely begun to see results! I highly recommend Amy as a personal trainer and Yoga instructor.
Lisa's meditation classes are always well thought out and professional. She is knowledgeable and makes everyone in the class feel comfortable whether they are new to meditation or have been practicing for years. She has an uncanny sense to know what will benefit each class and leads from there. Lisa brings her calming energy to every session and warmly welcomes everyone.
I’ve been going to a chiropractor on and off over the years for lower back tightness. After a friend recommended me to see C. Alexandra I thought I would give it a try. She was very professional and thorough with explaining and demonstrating the poses I needed to do to help my lower back. I am new to yoga and she helped me so much with her hands on approach and demonstration. After just 1 session with her my lower back hadn’t felt this good in years. I can’t wait to go to one of her classes. I’m addicted to yoga now thanks to C. Alexandra

Amy is an outstanding yoga teacher and very natural. I have had the experience to be in classes she has taught, as well as work with her on an individual basis. She effortlessly made myself, and everyone, feel special and cared about. Amy is non-judgmental and warm. She knew how to make adjustments to the poses and used props to gently work with my physical limitations. Amy also challenged me to look at the limitations I place upon myself. She made sure I took care of myself by resting in child pose as needed. Amy taught at a pace that was comfortable for all levels in the room, had great music, and made yoga fun!! Namaste
