I would definitely recomend Kim as a yoga instructor. She is very passionate about helping people and her knowledge of yoga and human body helped me a lot with my sciatica problem. I knew I was in good hands when only after a few days of practicing yoga I was feeling huge relief. Jessica is a wonderful personal trainer. I appreciate that she comes to my home and is flexible with my busy work schedule. She incorporates weight training, yoga, Pilates, and high and low intensity cardio. She pushes me appropriately and always seems to know just what I need!

I'm so grateful to have found Kari. I've been working with a hip injury and following some major abdominal surgeries was also having trouble finding strength in my core, back, and pelvis. After working with two physical therapists without much change, I began seeing Kari for private yoga instruction every week. I was hard on myself at first, but Kari met me where I was and she leaves me feeling empowered after every session. Her attention to detail is tremendous. She offers beautifully supported hands on adjustments that help me expand farther in my yoga than I thought possible (as a yoga instructor myself it's been enlightening). She gives safe and aligned modifications on the fly when I have trouble moving into a pose or start to feel tension. Her Reiki energy work lets me thoroughly relax into the moment when I'm a ball of stress. Her tool belt seems endless! She is creative, compassionate, and present as a human and instructor. You can't help but feel good around her; she vibrates higher. She speaks to spirit and also has a deep knowledge and love for anatomy to assist all levels and body types. Kim Winston is by far one of the best yoga instructors I have had in my six years of taking classes. She has a nice style of teaching and does her homework by making the classes unique. I leave Kim's classes with a feeling of being refreshed and having a calmness. Yoga is so much more than getting in shape....it touches the mind,body and soul. It gets you connected to your inner self. Kim has that ability as an instructor to accomplish just that!
Amy is an outstanding yoga teacher and very natural. I have had the experience to be in classes she has taught, as well as work with her on an individual basis. She effortlessly made myself, and everyone, feel special and cared about. Amy is non-judgmental and warm. She knew how to make adjustments to the poses and used props to gently work with my physical limitations. Amy also challenged me to look at the limitations I place upon myself. She made sure I took care of myself by resting in child pose as needed. Amy taught at a pace that was comfortable for all levels in the room, had great music, and made yoga fun!! Namaste
