My husband and I have been taking private Yoga classes with Masha for the past 2 months. Masha is an amazing instructor! She’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and makes us feel so comfortable as we are just beginning to start practicing yoga. We both feel that we are actually learning much more than what we received in classroom sessions elsewhere. This has been such a positive experience, and we look forward to continuing to practice and learn in our Yoga sessions with Masha.

Jessica is a wonderful personal trainer. I appreciate that she comes to my home and is flexible with my busy work schedule. She incorporates weight training, yoga, Pilates, and high and low intensity cardio. She pushes me appropriately and always seems to know just what I need!

Tara has been my yoga instructor for over 15 years - need I say more. She is professional and responsive to the needs of her students and their body needs. One of the things I most like about her is that she pays attention to her students postures and alignment which is critical in preventing injury and "bad habits". Tara's fabulous!!

She was clear with her instruction and provided hands on assisitance for posses that were challenging along with suggestions to aide in achiving the most benefit possible for each poses. I’ve been taking Amy’s Yoga Sculpt, Ashtanga Yoga and Cardi-yoga classes since August. Her classes are always fun and challenging. Each class is always different w/ the exception of Ashtanga as that is a class follows the traditional Ashtanga sequence. More recently Amy has become my personal trainer. She provides me with daily workouts and motivation. The workouts she has planned have been fun, diverse, demanding and range from 15 minutes to 45 minutes typically. They always use easily assessable equipment (i.e. stairs, etc). I have definitely begun to see results! I highly recommend Amy as a personal trainer and Yoga instructor.

Was fortunate to practice yoga with Aarti. One of the best yoga instructors one can find. She is very knowledgeable, greatly inspiring and adds a lot of energy into her sessions. Got to learn a lot from her and I'm really grateful for that. Wishing her all the best and God-willing, if and when our paths cross again, would be glad (and consider myself blessed) to continue my practice under her guidance.

I’ve been going to a chiropractor on and off over the years for lower back tightness. After a friend recommended me to see C. Alexandra I thought I would give it a try. She was very professional and thorough with explaining and demonstrating the poses I needed to do to help my lower back. I am new to yoga and she helped me so much with her hands on approach and demonstration. After just 1 session with her my lower back hadn’t felt this good in years. I can’t wait to go to one of her classes. I’m addicted to yoga now thanks to C. Alexandra

I'm so grateful to have found Kari. I've been working with a hip injury and following some major abdominal surgeries was also having trouble finding strength in my core, back, and pelvis. After working with two physical therapists without much change, I began seeing Kari for private yoga instruction every week. I was hard on myself at first, but Kari met me where I was and she leaves me feeling empowered after every session. Her attention to detail is tremendous. She offers beautifully supported hands on adjustments that help me expand farther in my yoga than I thought possible (as a yoga instructor myself it's been enlightening). She gives safe and aligned modifications on the fly when I have trouble moving into a pose or start to feel tension. Her Reiki energy work lets me thoroughly relax into the moment when I'm a ball of stress. Her tool belt seems endless! She is creative, compassionate, and present as a human and instructor. You can't help but feel good around her; she vibrates higher. She speaks to spirit and also has a deep knowledge and love for anatomy to assist all levels and body types. Thank you, Kari, for sharing your unique gifts. I feel stronger, braver, and more comfortable in my own body, mind, and spirit because of you.

Kim Winston is by far one of the best yoga instructors I have had in my six years of taking classes. She has a nice style of teaching and does her homework by making the classes unique. I leave Kim's classes with a feeling of being refreshed and having a calmness. Yoga is so much more than getting in shape....it touches the mind,body and soul. It gets you connected to your inner self. Kim has that ability as an instructor to accomplish just that!

    Amy is an outstanding yoga teacher and very natural. I have had the experience to be in classes she has taught, as well as work with her on an individual basis. She effortlessly made myself, and everyone, feel special and cared about. Amy is non-judgmental and warm. She knew how to make adjustments to the poses and used props to gently work with my physical limitations. Amy also challenged me to look at the limitations I place upon myself. She made sure I took care of myself by resting in child pose as needed. Amy taught at a pace that was comfortable for all levels in the room, had great music, and made yoga fun!! Namaste

    Joahanne was amazing. I hired her for a private party. She was punctual and easy to coordinate with. If I ever have another need for private yoga, I'd definitely hire her. Her instruction and adjustments were outstanding. Everyone in my party was impressed and thought she was a great yoga instructor! She has a very pleasant and nice demeanor too.
