$50 Base price per unit. Great discounts for more than 20 units. Our Base prices includes the following services: Service 1. Collect all monthly rent/fees online. Pay vendors. We also install a digital platform and management boxes for collection and communication. Service 2. Point of contact for emergency maintenance issues & make recommendations for preventative/required maintenance. Service 3. Rent vacant apartments with 35% commission from first month’s rent. Screen and manage leases. Service 4. Provide 24 hours, 365-day support for our owners and residents. Service 5. Complete any work orders or repairs needed on the property. Requests can be placed online through our management system, through our website or offline in our management boxes. (separate invoice and fees as required). Obtain quotes from vendors & coordinate work with vendors. Service 6. Provide eviction support services such as filling and special process service. Service 7. Provide preventive fall and spring scheduled maintenance of water heaters and HAVC Service 8. Property reviews every 3 months. Additional services such as cleaning services and work orders will be a separate invoice.

We have more that 20 years experience in working with properties. What sets us apart is that our properties come with digital marketing built into the property. Our partners can market their businesses, and entrepreneurs can showcase their idea from our incubators to other businesses and organizations locally, nationally, and internationally via the IS3 network of digital screens located in their host locations comprised or properties, businesses and organizations.
