- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We compete on quality (finding the best tutor match for your child) not on price. Those facing budget constraints might find a better fit with another provider.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Personal telephone consultation, tutor introduction, e-sign parent agreement, get started! Billing is post tutoring, with invoices raised every two weeks. Canceling and rescheduling is possible with no charges up to 24 hours prior to sessions. Increase or decrease the frequency at any time. No packages to purchase. No lock-ins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our tutors are professional educators with teaching licenses and significant experience in and out of the classroom. Many have special education experience, masters degrees, Learning Behavior Specialist endorsements, and/or training in Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, Touch Math, and other specialized methodologies.
