Jeff was GREAT! He provided expertise on several topics during the sale of our home in South Holland, IL. Not only did he fully understand the local real-estate market, but as we needed to perform some minor fixes, he and his team guided us throughout the process. We couldn't be there in person so Jeff and his team stepped in to receive and supervise the installation of new appliances with weekly checkups on the property to ensure all was well. There is no one better in the Chicagoland area than Jeff Chevalier with getting the job done. We had to sell our parent's home quickly and with myself living out of state, that was a challenge.
