- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to spend a few minutes talking to you. That way I can learn what your needs are and how best to help you. With first time home buyers I spend more time talking about the process of purchasing a property, the contract, home inspection, and the time lines. After your are comfortable I send over an easy to read contract that will needs to be signed and returned to me for me to represent you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Most of my career has been in real estate except for that short time I worked for the Department of Homeland Security. I enjoy real estate so much that after law school I went back and earned an additional law degree - a master's in real estate law. I have a real estate license. I have taken appraisal classes for property tax appeal consulting and appeal work.
