He was very professional and did a great job. We will hire him again for more projects we need done. He built and installed a glass block window and it looks very nice and there is no leakage. He even called to check on it after a heavy rain a few weeks after the work was done!

I had a wonderful time working with Mr. Flood. He was the only contractor to provide me with everything I wanted in relation to quoting: 1) detailed quote including breakdown of cost and 2) proposed design plans for the back porch. Then he provided me with 3 references and some pictures of prior works.
He did a wonderful job in constructing the stairs and painting them. He did not take a week or so to do a few days worth of work. And best of all, he stayed within cost and cleaned up after himself. I look forward to working with him on future projects
