Rocky did an amazing job on our crumbling, cracked, ugly concrete front steps. He was able to make major repairs and paint and seal the concrete in two days. I contacted him on a Wednesday, he started on Thursday, it rained all day Friday, so he finished on Saturday.
I couldn’t be happier with the results.
The first picture is the finished job (it had just rained so the picture doesn’t really do it justice), then the before pictures, the bumpy brown broken steps, the missing corner that made the railing wobble, and the cracked side that was almost completely detached before Rocky fixed it. Now it’s gorgeous :)
Also, he’s super honest and helpful. He wouldn’t accept any payment until the job was done and we were happy with it, he communicated so well as I picked the paint that he picked up, and he brought some other potential issues to our attention.
He was really great. And my kids loved him. My two year old called him “that nice man” and my four year old harassed him with annoying noises and relentless questions which he entertained patiently as he worked :) All around great experience.
Thanks Rocky! Sorry this review is so late. It’s been a few weeks and we still love it so much!

Rocky helped us with a project to seal our basement at the ground level to prevent rodents from getting in. He provided expertise and advice on how best to solve the problem, and was very thorough in his work to ensure all areas were sealed up with concrete.

We contacted several companies with estimates for our front stairs and sidewalk. All of the companies wanted to tear down completely and rebuild which came with a very steep price. That’s when we found Rocky who came by our place within a day to give us an estimate. FINALLY we found someone who was able to save our steps instead of making brand new ones. Our steps were a disaster and dangerous! Somehow Rocky was able to make them look brand new and even put on a much more modern finish! He sanded down the railings and painted them black. We are thrilled with the outcome and will be using Rocky for other projects as well!

I contacted Rocky for the leakage in my basement. He is very knowledgeable and used his expertise. He also explains what material he used. He made sure to seal all areas.
Another thing I liked was he accepted the payment after all work was done.
I highly recommend him.
