Chara is awesome, and extremely patient instructor. As a 30-something learning to swim, Chara's easy-going demeanor was refreshing and great a confidence booster! I really enjoyed my first lesson and looking forward to the next.Apr 4, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Typically, I try to charge about $45.00 for about an hour. It can vary if I have to travel. For the most part I have not had to travel that much which has been great!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First we message back and forth to figure out what exactly their ultimate goal is and if this is something that I can actually help with. When we meet for a first time, I call that initial time an "assessment", this is where I am able to gauge how comfortable they are in the water, what the strokes are looking like and if the ultimate goal is something that we can work towards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been swimming since the age of 7. I swam on a swimteam almost all the way through college. I was a coach on my YMCA swimming team in highschool and a little bit in college.
