Im coming to all consumers who are considering these monsters in hopes of an RAL....they had over 40 plus reviews last year...looks as if they have deleted them...however this company is a scam.....they took me through holy hell filed one of my employers instead of 3 causing my return to only be 1000 bucks had to go through a tax advocate and file a hardship...do not use these scammers!!!!

This is Kim S., in response to your comment on my original post, you're dumb and obviously can't read. I didn't submit incorrect information. You wanted my w-2 for last year which was for one company and my last check stub after Dec.15th that is from the company I work with now. I got the RAL and had no problem with you submitting my taxes until I saw the amount you had listed on my tax form and what my income actually was for the year was incorrect. I didn't sign the papers because of that and emailed and called numerous times. My problem is that you knowingly submitted them to the irs incorrect. That is fraud! Also, exactly how did you double check my paperwork with the tax preparer when the only thing you have is Kim S.? Did you just make up my first and last name too? That's alright, I've been in contact with the irs, as I previously stated, and the refund you submitted has been stopped so you just screwed yourself by not doing things the right way to begin with.

I wish I would have read all of these posts before I applied for the loan. So on December 22nd my loan was accepted. Then I got an email that stated I would have to e-sign, which I did. After I e-signed they denied me! But since I signed under false pretenses, I was unable to get out of the contract. This company is a rip off. They play on the phone like its a joke. They are dealing with real people's lives.

    Dear Danielle,

We appreciate your feedback ;however, after review of your application we were unable to approve you for a RAL. Remember a RAL is a loan and not your actual refund. A Refund Anticipation Loan (“RAL”) is not your actual refund; it is a short-term loan in anticipation of YOUR income tax refund being paid by the United States Department of Treasury. With a “RAL”, instead of transmitting the entire tax refund to YOUR account, your tax preparer instructs the “IRS” to transmit YOUR refund to an Electronic Refund Deposit (ERD) Account established for YOUR benefit to pay any outstanding fees.

If you are applying for a “RAL” there is no credit check because your loan advance is secured by YOUR tax refund. A “RAL” finance fee of $57 (APR 208.05% is based on a 10 day loan period) is deducted from the $1,057 advance upon approval for a $1,000 gross disbursement less tax preparation fees. There is NO guarantee you will be approved for your RAL. If you are not approved you will not pay a finance charge and the reason for the adverse decision is sent to you in writing.

We will not publish the reason for your loan denial. We regret we were unable to obtain a RAL on your behalf. The good news is a RAL decision doesn't affect your actual tax return. We recommend that you research and consider all options before applying for a RAL.

This is a fraudulent company! I did the RAL and had no problems, they sent me my tax papers to sign and they had my income figured $4,000 more than what it actually is. I tried multiple times to contact them. I still HAVE NOT received my W-2's and found out my refund through them has been accepted by the irs. They claim they don't submit tax forms without the w-2, that's an out and out LIE. They don't even have the correct tax code for the company I currently work for they used my old employer who I didn't work for this year at all. I finally got a hold of someone and they gave me the run around that the loan department is separate from the department that files the taxes, but then said in my loan paperwork I gave permission for them to file my taxes, which I did but not incorrectly, without my w-2's and my signature. They also stated that I could fill out an amendment and they would fix it but I have to submit FASFA by the end of February and when I asked for a number to call the irs and try to stop it since it was just accepted, I was put on hold and hung up on. Convenient! I did find the information I needed to report them for fraudulent action through the irs and I spoke to an actual professional tax preparer who is going to make sure it gets to the right department along with the better business bureau. I hope they get shut down and anything I can do to help make that happen l, I am more than willing to do!

    Dear Kim,

We have been in business for over ten years providing tax services and all refund options to hard working taxpayers. As noted in your signed agreement you authorize us to use W-2 Express and/or IRS transcript in order to verify the income information you provide in order to: (1) apply for a RAL and (2) e-file your actual tax return. We understand that you are not happy with the adverse RAL decision ;however, we do not guarantee a RAL approval. We disclose that you must e-file your taxes first and then decide which refund option best suits your needs. We are never happy when a consumer is not happy with our services ;however, the RAL decision is not controlled by our customer service department. There is no credit check ;however, if you provide false or misleading information on your application and/or you have a debt with the IRS (e.g. delinquent child support) you may be denied for a RAL.
We do provide free amended returns regardless of fault so if you did e-file your taxes with one of our agents you can be assured that we will help you correct your return free of charge. In order to assist other consumers we remind taxpayers to make sure during the tax interview ALL income is reported and you have ALL tax documents.

We are a member of the better business bureau and there is a dispute resolution forum in which consumers can file a complaint and expect a reasonable resolution from our company if the evidence supports the claim. Claims of fraud or malintent by a taxpayer because of an adverse loan decision including taxes filed without consent are dismissed once the e-signed documentation of the consumer is provided.

We did review your file and found that the tax professional did obtain the required identification and also the required signature to e-file your tax return and also apply for a RAL as per your request.

If you still have questions or concerns please contact us during our normal business hours. We apologize for any long wait times during the tax season.

I was able to receive my RAL in a timely matter, so thank you for that! My only problem is there is no one to contact, you are on hold for 15mins and then it drops the call. Now that I have to sign my actual tax return, once again I can not locate anyone, and the representative that did answer my call, said she only answers general questions. Unfortunately, I am in school and want to submit my 1098 form and can't. I don't want to be charged another fee going somewhere else!! So its a great service, as long as you don't have questions... CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME BACK, and I can write a better review... Jesus!!

I needed an anticipated loan since I have been going through hardships, I went on line an typed in Jackson Hewitt web page for an anticipated loan since I have previously have used them in the past for an anticipated loan, I blindly provided all my personal information, hoping to get a $1000.00 loan which I would get 645.00 back with a fee of 355.00 which I again stress thinking I was under Jackson Hewitt, the following day I get an e-mail from this company which I have never heard of Taxnet Financial, Inc that my loan had been denied, I tried calling this company with no success to let them know I never applied with them and I was unable to get ahold of no one, on January 17, 2016 I get an notice from them that they had submitted my W-2 I finally have a number for this company and to my surprise I speak with someone in a call center I let her know that I never had authorized them to file my W-2 that I had never heard from them she just apologizes and states that there was nothing she could do but that I would have my return refund on Friday January 22, 2016 I let her know that I was deceived by this company and that how would I know that they are legit, since I gave them all my personal information she said I had nothing to worry about and that they had been in business for 10 years, On Friday again I get a dear John letter from them stating my loan had been denied so know I will need to give them 355.00out of my money since they filed my taxes when I myself have done my own taxes, this has been an eye opener for me to never give out your information on line cause you will never know who is behind the other end getting your information, i also must add that I live in Texas and this company is located in Illinois so there is no way I could go into there office and stress my complaint. I have filed a complaint with TIGITA So my advised to you, People be ware
