They missed their window of 7am-1pm, which is a pretty large window. They told me that they would have the parts to install my dishwasher (the brackets) but when they did finally arrive they were not able to do anything whatsoever because they didn’t have the parts needed. Subcontractors were from MN Plumbing, they were patient enough to reschedule after the first attempt (oven didn't quite fit) free of charge, and even recommend a great carpenter (Scott Clark) who made the necessary cabinetry adjustment fairly inexpensively ($110) and very quickly on the second attempt (he also coordinated with the second attempt very well) BB was the lowest price I could find from a reputable source and they did a great job, I'd happily use them again for appliance installs!Mar 14, 2019Verified
