- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
HelloTech charges $79 p/hr for our in-home tech support services but we often run promotions just for our Thumbtack customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer can easily create an account via our website (hellotech.com) or contact our customer support team for assistance by phone. While booking, the customer will select the type of service, date, and specific time of their choosing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We employee a fully vetted and background checked team of Heroes.
