- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I often quote projects at a flat-rate, but if the scope is uncertain or if it involves several different types of work, it's often easier to bill at an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to gather information and set up a series of calls so both parties have the same expectations and goals. I will see that the project is completed in a way that satisfies the client, and then help them after the fact to make sure they have a plan to utilize their video in an effective way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.A. in Film Studies from Baldwin Wallace University in Ohio, and 3+ years of professional experience working in roles involving photography, video production, motion graphics and animation, and marketing.
