How did you get started doing this type of work?
A group of musicians and artists in Chicago were getting weary ordering their print jobs out of state. Printing outside of Illinois meant expensive shipping costs and long turnaround times. Led by Jovim Ventura (owner) this group, who worked tightly with the artistic community, decided to bring a fast and cost effective way to print in Chicago. This helped people get their music out to their fans within a few days, rather than a few weeks. The art community was happy and the Chicago music scene was much more efficient. Once the art and music scene in Chicago used our service, the companies they worked for in their day jobs started asking if InoPrints could do business cards, postcards, brochures, programs, etc.
Why not? Inoprints started serving Chicago companies in different industries - and the companies were happy to receive their printing much faster. Soon, with suppliers & partnerships across the nation, InoPrints started shipping print jobs to every corner of the United States. Currently InoPrints is servicing United States, Canada and Mexico. InoPrints plans to expand their print services to Europe in the near future.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Business cards, postcards, brochures, letterheads, envelopes, banners, magnets, t-shirts, CD & DVD duplication, graphic design, web design, car magnets, sell sheets, etc.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We printed a challenging book for the Thai General Consulate. Chris, who managed the project, met with our clients numerous times to meet their deadline and expectations for their high quality, premium, intricate book they were going to distribute at their annual fundraiser.
That project was fun!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure communication is fast. Make sure you look for great customer service. Make sure you feel passion through emails + phone calls.
