FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates vary based on project scope and services necessary. Ongoing support plans are available for training or services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to come together, often by phone, to discuss your project scope, requirements, and timeline, so I can lay out a process for your specific project. We can also decide to schedule a time to meet in person if necessary, or if time is of the essence, we can get started on your project right away. Virtually all my projects have been managed via phone calls and web meetings with clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My early start was in the late 90's creating posters and business cards for local artists and businesses in Los Angeles. With the advent of affordable personal computers and the Internet, I quickly learned to build complex digital graphics and got an early start with interactive websites. I started in web marketing in the early 2000's, working for McElroy in Los Angeles briefly before relocating to Chicago and starting my own business here. I gained loyal clients quickly by doing what I said I would do, giving customers a consistently positive experience, and through offering both creative and technical solutions to their marketing needs. I bring experience with both small start-up brand development to maintaining or expanding within an established brand like Nestlé and the website for Mike Wolfe's (American Pickers) Antique Archeaology brand. I offer virtual & print solutions for my clients that offer the best of both design and functionality to fit any marketing need.
