I can't say enough good things about Kyna and her team. As our day-of coordinator, she kept us on track, gave us a fabulous wedding cake recommendation, communicated with vendors, created a timeline, and did everything with utmost professionalism and a calming, comfortable presence. At the venue, she thought of so many extra little touches for the tables, signs for coat check/bathroom/directions/etc, and extra decorations. She kept the night running totally smoothly, made announcements when needed, made sure we had time to eat, made sure we got cake, and had a perfect blend of keeping us updated and letting us enjoy the night. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When I meet with a new client, we set-up a meeting (via phone or in-person) to determine the scope of the wedding. From there we get to know each other and develop a plan and select a wedding package in order to proceed with planning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am certified by the Association of Bridal Consultants. I also attend local seminars and networking events sponsored by ABC and other industry associations that help keep me informed of the latest wedding trends and hottest event venues.
