What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate that includes coordination of the rehearsal and wedding dates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet with a new client, we set-up a meeting (via phone or in-person) to determine the scope of the wedding. From there we get to know each other and develop a plan and select a wedding package in order to proceed with planning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified by the Association of Bridal Consultants. I also attend local seminars and networking events sponsored by ABC and other industry associations that help keep me informed of the latest wedding trends and hottest event venues.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Vowed To You specializes in full and day-of wedding coordination services. We also help our clients plan special events such as retirement banquets and birthday parties.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Have an idea of a budget. Your reception will most likely be the biggest cost so if you have an idea of how much you plan to spend on that, then everything else can fall into place. (i.e. 100 guests @ $50/plate = $5,000 food and beverage)
