I have been involved in fitness for over 15 years. I have been teaching stress management and yoga for 20 years. I have served as a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, yoga and Pilates teacher, nutritionist, motivator, and stress management teacher.
I currently teach holistic fitness. Holistic fitness teaches you how to use your mind as you work your body. I have trained a broad range of clients. These include male, female, children, senior citizens, diabetics, asthmatics, and pregnant women. I also conduct workshops in stress management, yoga, nutrition, and the power of the breath.
